SUMMARY
Cannot DISABLE clipboard manager

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Run plasma 6 and set the clipboard history to 1 in a futile attempt to DISABLE the clipboard manager.

OBSERVED RESULT
Clipboard manager is always actve

EXPECTED RESULT
Setting history to 1 should disable this supposed feature.

EXPLAIN. How is this supposed to make ANY SENSE ?

It is not a duplicate either. Just fix whatever is preventing the clipboard manager from being disabled.
