SUMMARY
Drag-and-drop popup menu is misplaced when we move images to a folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder containing images and folders
2. drag-and-drop an image to a folder
 
OBSERVED RESULT
The popup menu is placed to the drag mouse position instead of the drop position.
