Network UI element isn't highlighted

Network UI element is highlighted as expected

SUMMARY
After expanding a network in the Networks widget its detailed information, including a speed graph, is shown. The pointer can be used to highlight this whole 'card', as seen on the first picture.

After expanding a network, then scrolling down to other networks (other visible networks are necessary to trigger this bug), moving the pointer above the partly visible expanded networks speed graph, it's not highlighted (see the second picture).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have multiple visible networks
2. Expand the first one
3. Move the pointer above the expanded network
4. Scroll down to other networks, but only as much as to still see some of the previously expanded networks speed graph
5. Move the pointer above the visible part of the speed graph

OBSERVED RESULT
Speed graph/expanded network 'card' isn't highlighted

EXPECTED RESULT
Speed graph/expanded network 'card' is highlighted, since the pointer is hovering above it.

Thank you for the bug report!

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), and Plasma 6.3.6 is no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE. It's possible that the issue exists only in Debian at this point.

Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (https://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream.
Thanks for understanding!

Thanks again!

I've reproduced it in a KDE Linux (2026-01-29) virtual machine (using dummy networks).
