Tooltips don't correctly go away in KDE 3.1RC2 and Qt 3.1.0.

I have found a method to reproduce the bug:

1. Mouse over an icon in the Kicker.
2. Allow a tooltip to appear.
3. Quickly mouse over the tooltip and then move the mouse off of the tooltip, but not back onto the Kicker. (If the tooltip disappears when it has been moused over, you didn't catch it quickly enough - try 3 or 4 times.)
4. The tooltip will stay through your KDE session. No other tooltips can appear until you have moused over the icon that generated it and moused off of it, which clears the tooltip.
