Whenever I open the right click menu in /tmp, the "Create New" entry blinks. This does not happen in anywhere else and I wasn't able to replicate this on a self-created tmpfs

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to /tmp
2. Right click

OBSERVED RESULT
"Create New" blinks

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not blink

This is reproducible on my desktop with an AMD graphics card
