SUMMARY
Inability to deactivate the need CA certification thus being unable to login to enterprise networks.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. go to Wi-Fi & Networking
3. try to connect to network without CA certification

OBSERVED RESULT
Inability to connect

EXPECTED RESULT
Connection

Linux/KDE Plasma:  Not possible through both the system setting UI or the widget 
nm-applet: Using the network manager applet allows a toggle for no CA certificate needed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is classified as a bug and not a wishlist as this makes it impossible to use many internets, as many people do not control the networks they use fx me and the rest of my college:)

Can you give some more details about what type of network it is?
Or better yet can you find the relevant setting in here: https://networkmanager.dev/docs/api/latest/spec.html

Im terribly sorry for my 11pm ramblings, it seems to have been fixed in the last 11 hours. The network is a WPA2 enterprise network with no CA certificate, with PEAP and MSCHAPv2. Why it fixed itself i do not know, but i can now connect to the wifi through the desktop widget. Thank you for the lovely OS and have a good one.
