SUMMARY
On a convertible laptop/tablet, if the screen is turned off when closing the lid, it cannot be turned back on if the laptop is in tablet mode.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Under the power management settings, set "when laptop lid closed" to "turn off screen".
2. Close the lid of the laptop, to turn off the screen.
3. Reopen the laptop lid, and fold it back to switch to tablet mode.
4. Touch the screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, the screen remains off.

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen should turn back on when touching it.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: NixOS unstable
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.10.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Appears to be related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=466748 . Because the screen does not turn on when the laptop is reopened, it must be turned on with a keypress, touchpad or mouse movement. But because all of those are disabled in tablet mode, and the touchscreen is disabled when the screen is off, there is no way to wake it up again. The only way is folding the laptop to laptop mode first, then pressing a key, then folding it to tablet again.

I can confirm this on Plasma built from git-master
