I'm having an issue that's almost certainly the same as this bug. But I've encountered it in a slightly different way. In my case I have three audio outputs. USB Speakers, which are the default; audio via an HDMI output to a portable monitor; and a Bluetooth headset. Normally Elisa outputs to the USB Speakers, as it should. I just tested, and Elisa won't change audio output sources while playing for me, either. But when I turn on and connect the Bluetooth headset, Elisa plays via the HDMI output. So it switches from the original default over to the HDMI rather than the Bluetooth headset. I posted about this a few days ago over on the KDE Discuss forums, and two other people said they were having the same issue with their Bluetooth headsets and Elisa.
