SUMMARY
(I'm not a native English speaker and my system language is not English, so sorry for my poor English) I'm using KDE on openSUSE Tumbleweed. When I tried to change the theme (ticking "apply desktop and windows layout") from the openSUSE default theme to Breeze, it behaves well first, and after rebooting, the desktop becomes wholly black, without the panels, icons, anything that should be there were gone (though I can still access Konsole by Ctrl + Alt + T, and settings by right-click -> Display setting). Then I entered settings and tried to change the theme to openSUSE. It works after a temporary plasmashell crash. If change to Breeze again, it goes black again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change to any Breeze theme in system setting
2. Change back to openSUSE theme
3. plasmashell crashes and then recovers

OBSERVED RESULT
1. after changing global theme to "Breeze" (and maybe a rebooting), desktop becomes black, everything gone like mentioned before
2. after changing back to the default "openSUSE", plasmashell crashes, and recovers after a while
