SUMMARY
I have a 5120x2160 monitor and a jetkvm(1080) in mirroring. The custom layout of the jetkvm is over the monitor layout. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Easiest to test with ultrawide(Primary) and not ultrawide(Replica of) with diffent layouts
2. Try to move a window to the various tiles with shift key

OBSERVED RESULT
Primary screens tiles are covered by replica's layout

EXPECTED RESULT
Replica's layout should be disabled.
