Category Hierarchy Column Width

I'm running Fedora 43 with a freshly compiled version from the master branch. This has beena problem for a while, maybe since I switched to 5.2 about a year ago.

When either editing an existing category or creating a new one, the default Hierarchy column width is so narrow I can't read anything in it. This is especially annoying since it's the only column and 80% of the width is wasted.

This is true in several views, including Accounts and Institutions. The first column seems to default to a very minimal value. I have been thinking about filing a bug, but just didn't get around to it. I'm also not sure when it started. In my case, also a compiled version from git master branch.

Jack,

I think I was waiting for you to report it while you were waiting for me to report:-) I never took the time to file a bug report when it bugged me and finally sat down and poked around until I found an exam}le of the problem. I feel like is does happen in other places but did not track any other examples down.
