demonstration of the bug when trying to delete .jar file

SUMMARY
when trying to move a file, at some point a dialog pops up with "File renaming error *filename*". I couldn't track down exactly when this was happening. the only thing I could track down was that the problem was related to KIO, and presumably the mv command.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin
2. try deleting/moving the object file. personally, it doesn't work for me every time

OBSERVED RESULT
a dialog pops up with the file renaming error, but no action is performed on the file itself.

EXPECTED RESULT
the file moves without errors and the first time
