You need to provide more specifics. What exactly doesn't work? I wanted to format the USB drive I had previously configured as a Linux setup with Rufus and use it as Fat32 and empty. Unfortunately, I couldn't erase or format the drive with Plasma tool. than gnome-disk-utility solve this issue for me. Then I wanted to convert it to FAT32 with format. I got errors but there is no screenshot.
