SUMMARY
Clicked smb4k in the application launcher and nothing.  "smb4k" in konsole gives "Segmentation fault (core dumped)".  Reinstallation gives the same error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  'smb4k' in konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
"Segmentation fault (core dumped)"

EXPECTED RESULT
smb4k running

Thank you for reporting this issue. Can you please try the latest version (4.0.4) and check if the crash still exists? 

You can use the packages from the repository on OBS for that (https://software.opensuse.org//download.html?project=home%3Aareinholdt&package=smb4k).

Downloaded and installed.  Launch in Discover doesn't do anything.  Attempting from the konsole again gives same error.

Sorry for answering late. I was very busy the last few weeks.

Is it possible that you provide a backtrace from DrKonqi (the crash dialog)? It would help tracking down the cause of the crash. 

Just to make sure: There are no remains of an alternative installation lingering on the system, right?
