visual glitching in kde plasma

After updating to plasma 6.5.1(i was using 6.4.5) visual glitches(see the attachment) started appearing

The visual glitches doesn't appear in SDDM or the TTY

system information:
Operating System: Fedora kinoite 42/aurora 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.9.3
Kernel Version: 6.16.10-200.fc42.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 ร— AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor
Memory: 16GB Ram
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

That looks like you enabled the "show paint" effect. If you remove "showpaintEnabled=true" from your ~/.config/kwinrc, log out and back in, does it stop?
