I'm not able to reproduce this in Plasma built from git-master or Plasma 6.5.3 on Solus. There may be something on your system either not sleeping the system properly or waking it unexpectedly. Can I ask you to get some logs for us to investigate with?

1. Trigger the bug
2. When the system wakes up, get logs from about a minute before the current time to now with something like

sudo journalctl --since -5min > ~/log.txt

Then attach ~/.log.txt to this report. Thanks!
