SUMMARY
Text in the mastodon tooths (posts/threads) cannot be selected. 

So it's not possible to do anything with it, like copy the text to use it elsewhere.

This intentional unfortunately, for other reasons we discovered when using it on touch devices and scrolling etc. However, copying text is quite important so I'll add a menu option to copy the text.

Add menu item for copying post text

This has to be used instead of having our text be selectable,
unfortunately.
