Update: A few hours later, the problem seems to have went away. System hasn't even gone through a restart, only a fullscreen YouTube video and a lock/unlock. |
Created attachment 186524 [details] Duplicate portion of the screen SUMMARY When openning the Spectacle overlay (Meta + Shift + S, or from KRunner), the top portion of the screen is duplicated and when cropping the screen the result is innacurate. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Spectacle 2. Notice the top portion of the screen is duplicated 3. Use the Crop functionality to grab a piece of the screen 4. Save the capture and look at it, it won't match what you selected OBSERVED RESULT Duplicate top portion of screen and incorrect cropping EXPECTED RESULT Regular screen and correct cropping SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 25.10 KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0 Qt Version: 6.9.2 ADDITIONAL DETAILS I am using a dual-monitor setup with different resolutions. Behavior is observed on both monitors.
