Excellent idea! Especially since we plan to introduce a welcome screen allowing to configure vertical profiles at startup: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues/1787 Will have a loot and try to integrate this for 25.12 Excellent! 😊 I'm thinking it'd be just great to have a safe areas overlay suited to social media too. I've just researched the net for this kind of overlay and made a reference image (attached as PNG and .kra). It should be suitable for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube shorts. ...maybe it's too restrictive in general, and at the top especially, but I based it on what I saw at several sites. 🤷♂️
Now implemented in 25.12.0. Thanks a lot for the layout and safe area files! 💪🚀 |

I've created such a layout for reference (based on the current Effects one), and attached it. Also attached is a screenshot of how it'd look. Thx!
