Initial state after the mini window popped up, good

SUMMARY
As you can see in the attachments, the collapsable dropdown doesn't reclaim the space after being expanded and collapsed again, leading to that empty space and layout shift

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the down arrow below the progress bar.
2. Click it again.

OBSERVED RESULT
The collapsed space should be reclaimed and thus the window would still look consistent like in the first attachment.

EXPECTED RESULT
The empty space doesn't get reclaimed and leaves an empty rectangle.
