Description jimenezhomecleaning 2025-11-04 13:20:06 UTC
SUMMARY
Stock Manjaro on Pinebook Pro. Battery icon stuck at 0%. Going into Application Launcher - System - Info - Energy, I see an error message "This type of history is currently not available for this device." and there is no battery level or history available.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot up Manjaro ARM, (though error might be specific to Pinebook?)
2. Look at the battery icon, lower right of screen.
3. Open the application launcher and navigate to the energy page.

OBSERVED RESULT
As stated above, no battery info at info page, and battery icon stuck at 0%

EXPECTED RESULT
battery percentage icon should show charge level, and energy info page should have info instead of the error message.

Thanks for the bug report.

However, Plasma 5.27.11 no longer receives updates or maintenance from KDE; active versions are 6.4.5 or newer. Please upgrade to an active version as soon as your distribution makes it available to you. Plasma is a fast-moving project, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one.

If you need support for Plasma 5.27.11, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing help for older releases that are no longer receiving updates from KDE.

If this issue is still reproducible in Plasma 6.4.5 or later, feel free to re-open this bug report.

Thanks for understanding.
