SUMMARY

After setting up day/night schedule for switching themes, cursor theme not being preserved.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up day/night schedule
2. Set plasma light cursor theme
3. Wait for night theme to kick in
4. Wait for day theme to kick in

OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor theme switches to black with night theme.

EXPECTED RESULT

Either of:
1. Don't touch cursor theme at all
2. Add an option to select cursor theme for day/night cycle

I can reproduce this on Plasma built from git-master, using the Breeze Auto theme and the Breeze Light cursor theme

A similar thing happens to the custom / personalized window decorations too!

For which I want the same things:
Either switch to their light / dark versions (which the ones that I'm using (Klassy) definitely have.
Or don't touch them at all.
For the window decorations is even worse, as it happens not only on scheduled evening or moning themse switches, but also between each restart of the computer.

It looks like plasma somehow fails to overwrite the options in `~/.config/kcminputrc`

For me the cursor also reverts to dark mode every time I put the computer to sleep and wake it, or restart, even if it's during the day.
