This is expected behavior. You can use tab-key to move focus between upper desktop elements + searchbar. I don't understand? The overview is about switching desktops using cursor keys, so I don't have a need to select applications? And further, tab-key doesn't do anything in overview for me? Are you sure we are speaking about the same overview plugin? Ah, I see the problem: you're talking about normal Overview. I'm talking about Grid View which is served by the same Overview plugin but initiated using a different shortcut, my apologies for not being accurate in describing the issue. Apologies, I was confused. Yeah, in desktop-grid it would make sense to ignore the applications. I will set this as confirmed. Thanks for clarifying. I'll blame it on monday. :) Operating System: KDE Linux 2025-11-03 KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.20.0 Qt Version: 6.10.0 Kernel Version: 6.17.6-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor Memory: 16 GiB of RAM (15.5 GiB usable) Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6600 |
