SUMMARY
As reported downstream in the Manjaro forums (https://forum.manjaro.org/t/issues-with-the-screenshot-tool-of-kde-spectacle/182206), I am experiencing issues with spectacle since an update a few weeks ago.
When taking a screenshot, the screen gets squeezed vertically and appears and appears as an overlay on top of the real screen.
Furthermore, when using the rectangular selection tool, the area of the actual screenshot doesn't match the selected region.
Also, the quality is much lower than before.

I noticed that this issue only occurs in a special screen combination.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use 3 displays. Primary in the middle (in my case 4k with 150% scaling), secondary left (1080p no scaling), tertiary right (UHD 150%).
2. Disable the tertiary screen in the settings, but keep it attached.
3. Take a screenshot

OBSERVED RESULT
The issues from my summary can be observed

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen should not be squeezed and only the selected area should be screenshotted.

After being affected by this issue for multiple weeks, this problem luckily seems to have disappeared while i was writing this issue.
I changed the scales of my primary screen a few times and afterwards i couldn't reproduce the issue anymore.
