STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Try to search for a file with the File Picker, as you would with Dolphin.

OBSERVED RESULT
You can't search for files with the File Picker.

EXPECTED RESULT
You should be able to search for files with the File Picker, for the same reasons you can with Dolphin itself.

The Folder Picker also lacks a search feature.
