SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  I upgraded my OS from fedora 42 to 43.
These are my Sysinfos:

Operating System: Fedora Linux 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2
Kernel Version: 6.17.5-300.fc43.x86_64 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-4210M CPU @ 2.60GHz
Memory: 8 GiB of RAM (7.7 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: Intel® HD Graphics 4600
Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard
Product Name: HP ProBook 650 G1
System Version: A3009DD10203

OBSERVED RESULT
The application starter in the UI does not work.  I get the error:
