SUMMARY

When a laptop is plugged or unplugged during suspend, a sound is played when the laptop is woken up, which is useless (it doesn't inform the user of anything) and most importantly, undesirable: if you want to be quiet (because for instance someone sleeps near you) and didn't think of muting your laptop's volume before putting it to sleep, there will be a noisy notification.

A workaround is to disable these sounds, but the feature is generally useful, and uncontrollable noises after wake up should be avoided by default IMHO.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend
2. (Un)plug
3. Wake up

OBSERVED RESULT

A noise plays to let you know the laptop was (un)plugged.

EXPECTED RESULT

No noise after wake up.
