OBSERVED RESULT
The graphics tablet cursor works fine, but the hidden taskbar can't be triggered to pop up. It's only triggered when hovered with the mouse or trackpad.

The taskbar should be triggered with the tablet cursor hovering around the bottom of the screen, with the program icons showing up and being clickable.

I use my tablet as a mouse as part of my workflow, so I'm eager for when this bug gets ironed out in a newer update. I've been switching between my tablet and my mouse whenever I wanted to unhide the panel in the meantime.

So far, Neon has the most stable Wayland experience in comparison to other distros I've tried, and it is great I can use it with pretty much any program. I did try switching to X11 while I waited, since it doesn't have the same issue, but some newer art programs I use were having performance issues, so Wayland is the one I'll stick with. I know it's an ongoing transition process, but I'm excited for it nonetheless!

I can reproduce this with Plasma built from git-master on a Yoga i9 Aura 2-in-1 and its pen
