SUMMARY
Installing a specific Login screen created an error.
Name of Login Screen: 'Veigo 1' (by user 'veigaribo')
Error: This item is currently in an invalid or unknown state.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings > Login screen (SDDM) > Get New SDDM Themes
2. Choose theme.

OBSERVED RESULT
I can't remember the specific details of the error, as that screen is already gone and I can't reinstall or uninstall this particular theme anymore.

EXPECTED RESULT
Installation of this Login screen theme.

I managed to reproduce the error. The exact error message is:

An error occurred during the installation process:
The installation failed with code 255 while attempting to run the command:
sddmthemeinstaller -i /tmp/sddm-veigo1-10.tar.gz

The returned output was:
Debug message from helper: Installing  "/tmp/sddm-veigo1-10.tar.gz"  into  "/usr/share/sddm/themes"
Warning from helper: Postinstallation: uncompress the file
