"Searching for Wi-Fi networks"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Networks widget.
2. Switch to other widget.

OBSERVED RESULT
The message "Searching for Wi-Fi networks" appears while switching, which is unintentional because such message doesn't appear when closing the widget.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should behave the same as when closing the widget by not showing that message.
