SUMMARY
Given the following RSS feed: 
https://commission.europa.eu/node/33506/rss_en?f[0]=oe_news_title:Announcement of next auction

It contains, for example, the following item:

As you can see, the URL in the `<link>` element is absolute.

Clicking any link in the internal browser results in Akregator opening a new browser window with a bad URL (RSS' URL + Item's URL)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the aforementioned RSS feed
2. Open an RSS item
3. Click any link (or observe their URLs) in the internal browser: like the "Full Story" one (or how it is in English).

OBSERVED RESULT
The following link gets opened:

https://commission.europa.eu/news-and-media/news_en?f%5B0%5D=oe_news_title%3AAnnouncement of next auction/news-and-media/news/announcement-next-auction-eu-bonds-20-10-2025-2025-10-15_en

EXPECTED RESULT
This link should get opened, instead:

https://commission.europa.eu/news-and-media/news/announcement-next-auction-eu-bonds-20-10-2025-2025-10-15_en
