SUMMARY
Basic file management in Kdialog would be nice and make it infinitely better when you just need the quickest dirtiest move. It's something windows has made me too used to and it's another thing I tripped on moving to linux.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to ctrl+X or see cut menu on files in Kdialog when opening from any apps

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
It having all options to manipulate files, like Dolphin does

I think it would add clutter and make opening files harder

Really? It feels like an injury sustained from leaving windows again. I won't reopen this but will probably instantly make a hacky workaround script if this isn't even allowed to live as a wishlist request.
