I've literally tried everything: I reinstalled all the apps mentioned, sought help on forums, YouTube, and with AI, I tried every possible method using shortcuts, official methods, and nothing worked.

Everything looks normal. Is Kdenlive installed on your C: drive ?

I tested with Kdenlive 25.08.3 on Win10.

Remove the “ on the begin and end of the file path then it should work. Point always to an *.exe file. See my attached example

As an additional hint: click on the "Change…" icon on the end of the path and then search and click on the "exe" file.
