No it shouldn't. It's not clear to me what you are asking for, as far as I can tell it does remember the last visited page? It's available as setting Created attachment 186258 [details]

Thanks for the fast replies.
I see no such setting in the UI, see attachment.
In fact I see no configuration options at all, perhaps I am missing something?
In that respect this system settings more gnome-like than kde-like :=(
And why does it remember to show "all processes" and not remember the screen I was last in, what is the logic behind this?
