SUMMARY
I’ve seen that the mouse pointer don’t change its shape when I’m over the boundary of the window (if it’s not maximazed) using the graphic pen. With mouse yes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a graphic pen
2. Move the mouse pointer near the window boundary

OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse pointer doesn't change its shape, it still an arrow instead of the resize window icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
Change into the resize window icon.
