SUMMARY
Fully transparent task manager no longer fully transparent after upgrading from Plasma 6.4.5 to 6.5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In plasma 6.4.5, I had Plasma theme Maia Transparent, with Desktop Effects Blur set to 0, and my taskbar was completely transparent; I only saw icons which is what I wanted.
2. After upgrading to 6.5, now the taskbar looks terrible and is visible.
3. I can switch to Breeze or other themes but none allow me to make the taskbar 100% transparent again unless I am missing the new way to do this in 6.5.

OBSERVED RESULT
Blurry task manager bar

EXPECTED RESULT
100% clear task manager bar

You now need to disable the contrast effect in the blur effect settings :-) They have been merged (the theme can also disable it for you)

Sorry, the option was since removed and I missed that. Changing to a duplicate of 510818
