SUMMARY
When attempting to add account on custom server, there is no response when clicking on the server name after typing it in. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click add account
2. click login
3. type jorts.horse
4. click on "jorts.horse custom server"
5. ... no response from ui

OBSERVED RESULT
The following message appears in the error log.

https://jorts.horse/api/v1/apps: Error transferring https://jorts.horse/api/v1/apps - server replied: 

EXPECTED RESULT
continue with login process.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"https://jorts.horse/api/v1/apps"  returns 404 when i navigate there through my browser so i'm guessing the reason it's actually not working is the server is running an old version or something. However, it is infuriating that no information is provided to the user without having to navigate to the error log and that the error doesn't indicate a 404 from the server.

- Server running GotoSocial 0.20.x

Also having the described problem with the same error message, preventing me from using Tokodon:

Server I'm trying to add is running GoToSocial 0.20.1+git-ee4294a.

Please try again on 25.12, where I tested against jorts.horse and it works there. GoToSocial servers should work as well, but if they don't please open a separate issue.
