SUMMARY
In Plasma 6.5 KMail fails to run with error:
```
kmail: error while loading shared libraries: libPlasmaActivities.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
```

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run KMail

OBSERVED RESULT
KMail fails to start with error described above

EXPECTED RESULT
KMail should run correctly

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
- Operating System: KDE neon User Edition
- KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.0
- KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0
- Qt Version: 6.9.2
- Kernel Version: 6.14.0-33-generic (64-bit)
- Graphics Platform: Wayland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1.  package `plasma-activities` wasn't installed
2. after installation `plasma-activities` there is no symbolic link `libPlasmaActivities.so.6` to
 `libPlasmaActivities.so.6.5.0` in the `/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu`

Creating symbolic link to the `libPlasmaActivities.so.6.5.0` resolves the problem
