STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In KDE 6.6 dev, open any Chromium based browser
2. On any page with text, select text
3. Drag the text somewhere

OBSERVED RESULT
The tab content is unresponsive to mouse inputs now. Closing and re-opening the tab (Ctrl+w, Ctrl+Shift+t) heals the tab.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Plasma 6.5 Beta 2 unaffected
- X11 KWin unaffected
- Bug 482142 looks quite similar but it was fixed and this is a new issue appearing only recently and only on git-master and with different steps to reproduce
- Bug 482142 Comment 53 and 54 tell me, I'm not alone, and I tested this on two machines to be sure
- Since this will break any browser tab entirely and can possibly lead to loss of work, I put severity major
