The Pixel Border

SUMMARY
When the panel is set to floating-mode and you make it retract by fullscreening a window or pushing one up against it and then making it float again a one pixel border appears on the top of the panel that only goes away when interacting with the desktop or panel.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make the Floating Panel retract / go into normal mode
2. Make it float again
3. Observe

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
No pixel border appears around it

Happens on my Intel Laptop and AMD Desktop
When recording / receiving a notification the pixel border is only visible for less than a second
