Hallo,
The UI changes are fine, Mostly things are easily discoverable.
It happens the after annotating, the marked up image isn't placed in the clipboard
So, I would normally simply take another screen shot of Spectacle itself, but not the window disappears.
There are workarounds, of course, but putting it in the clipboard is simplest. Thank you very much - I just the program often.

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add some annotations
2. Press the annotation button to get back
3. Also, the window disappears now when taking a screen shot (other people my like this though).

OBSERVED RESULT The annotations  are not copied to the clipoard.

Can you please expand your steps to reproduce to be more complete, cataloging every exact step you take from start to finish? I ask because there are multiple ways to interpret what you wrote, and it's likely only one specific and exact set of steps will cause the issue.

Never mind please.
The disappearing window, likely only bothers me and I see now the button on the new menu strip gui, so it's just an extra step. No big deal like I thought. Thanks for all your work here.
