SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Click "+ New Contact" 
2.  Fill out the form with name, email address, etc.
3. Click the "OK" button.

OBSERVED RESULT
The new contact has not been created.

EXPECTED RESULT
The new contact should appear in the list.
