You can set one yourself in System Settings > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Window Management. I only found the entry to minimize the current window and peek at desktop but not for minimizing all windows at once like what is doing the dedicated widget. The shortcut don't seem to exist for me (see attachment) In System Settings > Window Management > KWin Scripts, is there an entry named "MinimizeAll"? If there is, is it unchecked? Okay found it. However it's a UX issue that this shortcut is hiden behind a Kwin script that is disabled by default Could be. Feel free to open a new bug report requesting that it be enabled by default. Or even submit a merge request to do so. It wouldn't be hard to do.
