SUMMARY
When I try to enable HDR in the screen, it hangs for a few seconds and returns the error - applying config failed! The driver rejected the output configuration

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to enable HDR.

OBSERVED RESULT
Hangs for a few seconds and returns with an error.

EXPECTED RESULT
To work, as it have for other screens.

I see many of this in the logs, not sure if related. Could be, because there is no other reason.

Please report this to your driver vendor. Judging by the warnings I assume this is NVidia, so you can report it at https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/c/gpu-graphics/linux
