Description John Bonomi 2025-10-17 17:17:04 UTC
I have a laptop with a 3:2 aspect ratio screen that I often dock with an 32:9 aspect ratio ultra-wide monitor. Because I have to use a percentage based width, it can never be reasonable for both situations. If I could instead set the width based on pixels, or perhaps characters, the width could be consistent and usable across both monitors without needing to change settings each time.
