Which one is more practical?

SUMMARY
Improve event styling and information in week view.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create events as shown in attachment

OBSERVED RESULT
* Every event formatted differently
* Inconsistent alignment
* Color blocks changed by grey overlay
* Most important information not available at a glance; in short events, time crowds out subject
* Separator lines distracting

EXPECTED RESULT
* See attachment
* All text left top aligned
* What - where - when - flags (in order of importance)
* No additional colors added
* Lighter separator lines
