I assume you have the install version of Kdenlive. Please do the following: - Delete the folder: C:\Program Files\kdenlive - Re-install Kdenlive - Try again. If the problem still happen: - Help -> Reset Configuration - Try again Is this reproducible with Kdenlive 25.08.3? If yes, please try the following: * Start a new project * Add a single color clip in timeline * Try to render If rendering still fails, in the render widget, select "Generate Script". It will ask you for a name (let's put "test") and save the render script in the Videos/kdenlive-renderqueue/test-1.mlt. Please attach that file in the bug report. That will allow us to check if for some reason some unexpected characters show up in the project file. ๐๐งน โ ๏ธ This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days.
