SUMMARY
Some mov files do not show properly in the Thumbnails pane - while other from the same phone show properly. Other applications (Google Photos) are able to show the Thumbnail properly

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load the videos in the collection (Sample available at https://www.swisstransfer.com/d/55cb6fc2-1d98-40d4-bcda-9a8a14424ecf - IMG_8563 show up fine, IMG_8564 doesn't)
2. Open Thumbnail pane
3. The Thumbnail is not displayed properly

OBSERVED RESULT
The Thumbnail is not displayed properly

EXPECTED RESULT
The Thumbnail is displayed properly

This change does not break the GoPro video (Bug 406981).
