ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think the brscan-skey is related to the Brother DCP-L2520DW Printer/ Scanner I recently installed (wifi printer/scanner)

this is a packaging problem by Brother.  the package brscan-skey should depend on libsane1 not libsane.  libsane only exists now in old debian's (bullseye and bookworm).  libsane1 is it's replacement and exists in all new debian's and ubuntu's .
