Can't reproduce. I think it may be a driver issue. Can you replicate this on any other website? Such stutter also happens when scrolling an Instagram slideshow post as a pop up in front of a profile. The post when isolated in its own tab doesn't stutter. Well then that would mean that it is not a bug specific to bugs.kde.org. Closing as downstream, as it is likely something with your drivers or browser. |
